1. Zero Personal Data Collection

We do not collect, store, transmit, track, or share any personal information, location profiles, or health metrics. All session timers, streaks, completions, notes, and local configurations are saved securely on your device's local storage and are never uploaded to any external server controlled by the developer.

2. On-Device Voice Processing

The App features a hands-free voice assistant to support your meditation holds.

• Microphone Access: Strictly utilized to listen for navigation commands (such as "Next", "Pause", or "Stop").
• Offline Processing: All voice inputs and commands are analyzed directly on your device using Apple's local speech frameworks. No audio files or transcriptions are sent to our servers.

3. Google Gemini API Integration

For custom flow generation, the App allows users to input their health state or feelings.

• Direct Connection: The app connects directly to the official Google Gemini API using the API Key you enter in the settings.
• No Intermediary Servers: The prompt data and custom intentions go directly from your mobile device to Google's API endpoints. No proxy server is operated by the developer to monitor or capture this data.

4. Data Backup & Portability

You have full ownership of your data. The App allows you to manually export a local JSON backup of your configurations, notes, and session history. This data is only stored where you choose to save it (such as your local Files app or private iCloud space).

5. Children's Privacy

Because the App does not collect any data, it complies fully with children's privacy regulations including COPPA and GDPR. It is safe for use by individuals of all ages.
